What we do
A malignant Melanoma diagnosis is a process that is often met with uncertainty and disbelief.
Although most people do adjust following a diagnosis of a life-changing illness, cancer can cause a great deal of anxiety, depression and distress for all affected.

We offer a full range of counselling and practical support that can help patients with:
- Coming to terms with a cancer diagnosis
- Adapting to a different life than they hoped for themselves and their families.
- Loss of a loved one and moving through the grief process
- Environmental issues, lack of understanding / support from outside relationships
- Employment issues
- Liaising with services and offering support with attending appointments
We welcome anyone who has been affected by Melanoma, and offer services including counselling, support and holistic therapies to:
People who are awaiting dermatology appointments under the two week suspected melanoma rule
People awaiting biopsy results
Support for anyone who has been diagnosed with Melanoma including family, friends and loved ones
